I and my family 10 members visited to this place in 2:30 pm in peak summer April they responded very well and at late night I negotiated the price with the owner somehow he convienced from 6k to 4k for 2 rooms for non a/c , bathroom is good well maintained and clean, and even the bed were also clean good ventilation but there is a bar downstairs

I want to give an authentic review for this Hotel, lodge, food restaurant. It has multiple services not just rooms but also attached separately a food, bar and family decency environment. The service hotel owners seems to be cultured persons with whom you can expect a classic, hygienic, respectable hotel & services. Coming to the other requirements, advantages which any traveller to the city of Talikoti seeks is, a auto stand is just 1 Km away. You have commercial center just 1.5 - 2 kms away so you can bag all your needs. The Hotel itself is adjacent to two newly developed residential upcoming family oriented layouts, so be rest assured for the safety, security and family oriented environment besides it. This will never be a disappointing choice for what it offers. By the way i have twice here once in 2021 and last time recently in 2025.
